International Environmental Protection Congress ENVICON Environment is the most important and well known in Poland event related to environmental protection sector which has been organized for more than 20 years. The Congress is a result of the transformation that is taking place in the following sectors: waste management, water and sewage, renewable energy sources, air protection and circular economy. The event is dedicated to the representatives of the sectors related to the mentioned areas as well as to the representatives of the local governments and general government.
The Congress has been organized under auspices of the Ministry of Environment in Warsaw. The 3-day event gathered about 100 speakers, 800 participants from few countries as well as representatives of the European Commission. A Gala Dinner hosted by well known master of ceremony and accompanied by music concert is organized during the event. The winners of few environmental competitions, inter alia Recycling Cup competition, are awarded with the statuettes during the Gala.
