A new era is beginning in the marine industry: an era of intelligent ships and, next, of smart fleets. These dramatic technological advances are forcing the rapid development of a wide range of marine electronics equipment and standards, such as interfacing protocols, reliable and safe communications, integrated navigation, the Industrial Internet of Things (I2oT), multi-agent systems (MAS) and also coastal monitoring or integrated fleet management. MARELDAYS is an event for hands-on professionals including service engineers, installation designers, R&D specialists, sales engineers and shipyard technical managers. There is also a huge group of students participating in the conference from disciplines like marine electronics systems, embedded systems, computer communications and wireless engineering. MARELDAYS creates an opportunity to inspire R&D specialists as well as students heading for the employment market. MARELDAYS is a platform enabling companies and organisations to present their key areas of activity along with new developments This is the place to highlight the knowledge & experience which leads to to the best marine practice.
