Also participants from countries outside of Europe can reach out to find out what opportunities for collaboration could be.

Also more can be learned about the topic of specialized nutrition, one of the key value chains of the NF4-project. A specific session entitled "Food&Health; the future of nutrition" will take place on May 7th from 16.30-18.00 PM with Jeroen Wouters as one of the speakers. The growing demand for personalization has implications for both the food system and health services, as technological innovations and big data change the way we eat as well as the way we think about our well being. Food and health are intertwined, and with the emergence of food products that are not only sustainable but also tailored to individual dietary needs, the possibilities for the future of nutrition are endless.

Food Valley NL has built up a deep insight into the challenges of the food industry and a vast network of renowned companies and knowledge institutions that can help in tackle the global food challenges effectively.
