The Enterprise Europe Network of Flanders powered by Flanders' Care has created a European Platform entitled  'Care & Industry together against COVID-19'. The goal of the platform is to match the different needs of the healthcare sector and their offers for local companies and researchers. It reserves a place for governments to register in the platform and virtually publish relevant information via the marketplace. The current COVID-19 crisis has activated many initiatives to support and help those who are in need in many parts of the world. Even though these initiatives are mostly fragmented on a regional scale, the challenges faced by industry are the same. Thus, solutions can only be reached through cooperation in order to support the entire healthcare sector and prepare the necessary support following the COVID-19 outbreak.
