The Packaging Cluster ends its participation in Empack with a very positive assessment
- The entity was present at one of the main events in the sector with two conferences and its own stand.
The Packaging Cluster, a non-profit organisation representing more than 130 companies and organisations in the sector, has successfully concluded its participation in Empack, one of the sector's benchmark events.
In the twelfth edition, the Cluster has had its own stand which has served as a meeting point for its members and other entities of the sector present at the event.
It also participated in two conferences of great interest. The first, on the role that cardboard is playing in e-commerce (with the presence of Martina Font, President of the Cluster and Àlex González, Market Analyst) and, the second, on new trends in packaging design for 2023 (with the participation of Pol Marín, Project Manager of the Cluster as moderator, and David Esteban Muñoz, founder of i3D eco packaging ideas; Enric Batlle, CEO of Batlle Group and Jose F. López, Founding Partner of Oiko; as participants).
"We are living decisive times in the sector, with changes in consumer habits, new trends and the entry into force of a new legislative framework. For the Cluster it is key to be present at this type of event to take the pulse of the sector, listen to the entities that make it up and then be able to provide added value to our members," explains Martina Font, president of the Packaging Cluster.
Empack, another organisational sucess
The event, which once again served as a meeting point for manufacturers and distributors of raw materials, packaging, packaging machinery, labelling, new technologies and associated services, concluded this year's edition as a success in terms of participation. The 32% increase in exhibition space and the large number of visitors demonstrate the good health of a growing sector such as Packaging.
