Advanced Factories 2023, held jointly with Advanced Machine Tools, closed its doors last week having received 34,827 professional visitors. The event was attended by 537 exhibiting companies and 382 experts who shared their news and success stories related to the automation of production processes, robotics, 3D printing, artificial intelligence and machine tools last generation. Everything, put at the service of improving the efficiency and productivity of the industries. The latest technological solutions that have to complete the transition to smart factories were presented: automation platforms, powerful cloud solutions, private 5G networks, artificial vision, and many AI-based applications.

Participation of the Packaging Cluster in AdvancedFactories

The Packaging Cluster, a non-profit entity that represents more than 130 companies and entities in the sector, has successfully concluded its participation in Advanced Factories 2023, with a prominent presence on the event's agenda and organizing the Robotics Tour, in which attendees had the opportunity to see first-hand the latest innovations in robotics applied to the packaging industry, with a visit to partners Mitsubishi, KUKA, ABB and Ais Vision Systems. Secondly, the Innovation Tour, in which the latest trends and solutions in the field of logistics were presented with presentations by cluster members such as Eurecat, Aggity, Irontech, Imes3d, Lutze and Smart Tech - TAI.

Both tours toured the stands of the Packaging Cluster partners who were exhibiting at the fair with various companies from the Trading Films entity, Zobele by kdc one, Chemence Graphics, Imes3D, ACK Logic, Font Packaging Group among others. A unique opportunity to find out about the latest trends and innovations in the packaging and logistics sector, and to establish contacts with some of the main players in the market. It promised to be an enriching and inspiring experience for all attendees.
