H2020 mobility projects RECIPROCITY and ENTRANCE presented its newly launched ARRIVAL platform during the 1st Exchange of Experience event of the EMBRACER (intErconnecting MoBility acRoss europeAn CitiEs and subuRbs) project which took place 31.05.-01.06.2023 in Portugal (hybrid).

Under the umbrella of the main topic “Emerging pathways to climate-neutrality: how does intermodal connectivity of underserved populations come into play”, EMBRACER Project Partners and relevant Stakeholders discussed the current challenges and opportunities for improving mobility approaches for connecting underserved areas. Héctor Cañas (ENTRANCE H2020 project) and Anne Häner (RECIPROCITY project) had the chance to discuss in the thematic seminar “Innovative tools and approaches for connecting underserved areas” on how ENTRANCE & RECIPROCITY joined their forces to create one EU Portal for Innovative Transport & Clean Mobility, which is their pathway of collaboration for climate neutrality.

ARRIVAL is a platform born out of those two EU-funded projects offering common and legitimate European Matchmaking Platform and complementary off-line services designed

1. to equip mobility stakeholders with the necessary tools, knowledge, contacts and methods to accelerate the replicationof  existing  innovative  mobility  solutions,
2. to mobilise financial resources to accelerate the market access and scale up of “first of a kind” sustainable transport solutions.

The overall concept focus of the ARRIVAL platform lies in the ‘supply-demand-finance’ triangle that is envisaged for all transport and mobility modes and all relevant stakeholders.
