CEAGA participates in a new project to optimize the intelligent management of photovoltaic self-consumption systems in industrial processes
CEAGA collaborates with five other entities in the DIGIBAT project with the aim of maximizing renewable production in industrial plants through the digitization of self-consumption systems. The project, which is supported by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism, aims to contribute to the decarbonization of industry through the promotion of photovoltaic self-consumption and the optimization of intelligent energy management through technologies such as IoT, Big Data or Artificial Intelligence.
The DIGIBAT project is a collaborative industrial research project aimed at developing a new integrated energy management tool, capable of managing self-consumption facilities in coordination with storage systems and production processes.
DIGIBAT is led by the Digital Innovation Hub Industrial de Galicia, DIHGIGAL, with the participation of entities such as the Instituto Tecnológico de Galicia (ITG) and Neosega and the companies TI Fluid Systems and Selmark.
