The ClusterXChange event, Austria, May 21-27 2023, will start soon. The ClusterXChange mobility scheme is open to different types of organizations: SMEs, clusters and scaling-up support organizations. The program agenda includes visit studies, networking, workshop sessions in discussion format, covering four cities: Vienna, Linz, Salzburg and Graz. The aim is to present to those taking part interesting concepts and applications on digitization and sustainability in the fashion industry. Companies are able to access a 900 euro (lump sum) from the European CLOTH (Xchange) project.

The program include meetings at the Vienna Chamber of Commerce, WKO – Wirtschaftskammer Österreich, EIT Manufacturing East – Vienna Business Agency’s Expat Center, at the Romanian Embassy in Austria to discuss business opportunities in Austria accessible to Romanian entrepreneurs.

Also, on Wednesday, May 24, there will be a Study visit in Linz at the Tobacco factory/start-up hub (https://tabakfabrik-linz.at/en) and Start-up hub (softwarepark-hagenberg.com). This the biggest FabLab in Central Europe (Innovations Werkstatt – GRAND GARAGE).

Next, on May 25, the participants will be in Salzburg for a visit at the IRE Office – Institute of European Regions (IRE) and finally, on May 26, it is programmed a Study visit in Graz at the Creative Industries Styria cluster.

CLOTH project – CLuster Alliance fOr the Transition to green and digital fasHion – is a new alliance aiming to create a favorable ecosystem of relevant stakeholders, from a cross-sectoral perspective, promoting a greener, smarter and more competitive and innovative European Fashion industry.

The CLOTH project is an integrated cross-sectoral partnership with 5 partners from 5 European countries (Spain, Bulgaria, Romania, Denmark and France) working on different value chains: Fashion and Textile, circular economy, creative industry and Digital.
