The HempCluB project's final meeting was held in Milan last week, where all partners were able to meet in person and discuss all the activities and goals achieved during these two years.

The event provided a comprehensive overview of the project’s progress, creating an environment where partners can make a summary of activities performed, highlighting and quantifying results and deliverables. The meeting was also a great opportunity to offer suggestions for future support actions for cluster excellence, detailing how such actions could be improved compared to the just-concluded program, and sharing best practices, success stories, and post-project recommendations.

We are glad that our activities contributed to unlocking the potential of hemp by creating EU value chains for biobased applications and new business opportunities for primary producers and chemical companies. As a European Strategic Cluster Partnership, HempCluB has promoted collaborations and synchronized strategies and encourages innovative interregional investments to enhance cluster excellence. Finally, the ClusterXchange programme implemented by the project allowed to better connect Europe’s industrial ecosystems, helping businesses grow through receiving better business support, exploring new markets, and improving their products and services. 

 The amazing results were achieved thanks to the hard work, commitment, and expertise of all our partners. Now the plan will be engaged to maintain a long-lasting partnership to reach new objectives!!
