New open call for SMEs to participate in training activities
Within the framework of the Eurocluster RESIST, of which CEAGA is a member, a call for grants has just been launched to support training activities for SMEs in the Mobility, Transport and Automotive ecosystem. This line of aid channels funds from the European Commission. Specifically, it has a total budget of 15,000 euros and is divided into two types of support.
- Online training: a maximum of 30 grants of up to 250 euros per person and SME will be awarded.
- Onsite training: a maximum of 10 grants of up to 750 euros per person and SME will be awarded.
The objective of the call is to encourage employees of European SMEs to participate in trainings where they become aware of the relevance of the digital and green transition, what are its benefits and opportunities and how they can take advantage of the new solutions applied both in the product design phase and at the operational level. Eligible costs include those related to the hiring of trainings, excluding travel and accommodation costs.
To be eligible for this call for proposals, SMEs must have completed one of RESIST’s open online courses (MOOCs) before applying for the grant. In the case of grants for face-to-face training, SMEs must have completed at least two MOOCs. These are free, short online courses that focus on topics related to Industry 5.0. RESIST MOOCs are accessible on the Automotive Skills Alliance learning platform. During the application process for training grants, SMEs will have to attach the certificate of completion of these MOOCs.
The application deadline is November 30, 2024.
