The CNFI issued a press release today, stating that 11 EU clusters from 8 countries (Germany, France, Spain, Sweden, Poland, Bulgaria, Hungary, and Romania) and 17 Taiwan clusters are invited to the event. Also, important Taiwanese industry associations like TSI, TEEIA, TBBA, and TAM will participate. CNFI itself will be present too.
They've been working on building the Taiwan EU industrial cluster cooperation platform since 2018, encouraging Taiwanese public associations to join. COVID-19 caused some activities to pause, but exchanges and matchmaking between Taiwan and Europe during the EU Innovation Week have become a tradition over the years.
