COVID-19 represents a new reality for leaders. Associations need flexible leaders who can adapt and are able to guide associates and staff through these and other critical times. This webinar provides an opportunity to hear what other peer leaders are doing and exchange views to learn from each other.

Post-event report has been published
- Among the short-term consequences we can identify teleworking and enhanced virtual communication (webinars / tele-conferences) with members and staff as well as the postponement / reduction / cancellation of physical meetings / events / conferences and substitution with virtual options.
- Associations are mainly a ‘people business’. Substituting physical meetings/networking has its limitations and can be difficult to maintain in the long run.
- Recession leads to budget reviews. Reduced (travel) budgets and review of event budgets can counterbalance losses.
