The Cluster of Bioenergy and the Environment of Western Macedonia participated with 20 institutions at the kick off meeting of SCALIBUR project which took place in Valencia, Spain on 14-15 November. SCALIBUR will promote the recycling of urban biowaste for a circular economy.
