Attraction of SMEs in suppliers chains and clusters there were €20 million allocated, while for the measure 1.3.1 Development of support structures with national and international vocation/competitiveness poles the budget was of €60 million. 39 clusters (emerging or mature competitiveness poles) were financed from the two budgets."
