Building Bridges in V4 Aviation Community
The Silesian Aviation Cluster together with Partners from the Visegrad Group countries and the Polish Cluster Associations announce the conference Building Bridges in V4 Aviation Community that will be held on 25-26 November in Bielsko-Biała (Poland).
The conference is organized as a part of a project carried out by the Silesian Aviation Cluster with the support of the International Visegrad Fund based in Bratislava.
The aviation industry is one of the most global business activities. The most important role in global competition belongs to large international players, but nowadays a great amount of innovation is created also in small and medium-sized enterprises. Because of it they have to organise themselves into larger groups, such as clusters, in order to create a common offer for large partners. Agreements concluded by aircraft manufacturers are often of a cross-border nature. V4 countries, whose cultural and geographical proximity predestines such actions, should follow a similar path of development.
The conference is divided into three thematic blocks:
- Industrial and R&D cooperation of the V4 Group in the aviation sector
- Drones (unmanned aerial vehicle) – an innovative branch of aviation industry
- Cross-sectoral cooperation in the aeronautics industry. Joint industrial, technological and research solutions. Consequences of the Industrial Revolution 4.0
Among the confirmed participants of the conference are Ms Małgorzata Darowska, Proxy of the Minister of Infrastructure for UAV, U-Space, Ms Beata Białowąs, Member of the Management Board of the Silesian Voivodeship and Mr Kazimierz Karolczak, President of the Metropolis GZM.
Participation in the conference is free of charge. All those interested in taking part in the conference are invited to fill in the registration form.
