Description
From 24 to 26 April 2020, the European Commission, led by the European Innovation Council and in close collaboration with the EU Member States, hosted a Pan-European Hackathon to connect civil society, innovators, partners, and investors across Europe in order to develop innovative solutions for coronavirus-related challenges. From this event, the European Commission and a jury of experts selected 120 winning teams and their innovative solutions.
To implement their solutions, a Matchaton will be organised from 22 to 25 May 2020 to pair and connect the winning teams with corporates, investors, accelerators, venture capitalists, business angels or private companies from all over the world to put their innovative solutions into production and save lives together!
