On 26 June, the ECA session was dedicated to the Aerospace and Defense ecosystem and in particular to UAVs and drones. The speaker was expert Christiana Eisenberg from CURPAS Cluster Germany. Together with UAS Denmark and AEROSpace Valley, CURPAS cluster initiated the European Drones Cooperation (EDC), a cooperation to discuss and start mutually new projects.

European Commissioner Thierry Breton and the European Clusters Alliance (ECA) discussed during their videoconference on 30 June 2020 the role of clusters in the framework of the recovery process and aligned their ideas. They concluded that clusters play a critical role in the economic recovery of the European single market towards a green, digital, and resilient future.
